Ballinger Equine is recruiting a new Practice Administrator.

Following recent new appointments to the clinical team, Ballinger Equine now seeks a Practice Administrator to add to the administrative and technical support based at the practice office. This is a terrific opportunity to join a multi-award-winning business at an exciting time in its development.

Excellence is standard

The new permanent, full-time role, within the practice administrative and technical team, reports directly to the Practice Manager. The job is based at the new, purpose-built (COVID-safe) practice offices situated in the pristine and tranquil surroundings of the Fairclough Hall Farm estate.

The work is fast-paced and varied and features frequent and regular liaison with clients, the Ballinger Equine clinical team, professional colleagues and insurance claim managers. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount. Rigorous adherence to GDPR, client confidentiality and data security is essential and prospective applicants will be impeccably presented and have outstanding communication skills.

Candidates will be educated to degree level and have relevant account management and credit control experience. Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (particularly MS Excel) are essential as is a current working knowledge of, and familiarity with, horses and ponies. Applicants will be able to show an active interest in rural life and equestrian sport. A detailed job description is available to download.
