This ensures that the veterinary surgeons who attend scheduled weekday consultations provide exactly the same expertise out-of-hours, including at weekends and over bank holidays. The clinical team is led round-the-clock by practice Clinical Director, Dr Susanna Ballinger, who provides guidance and additional support.

Orders placed on the Ballinger Equine online shop will be processed immediately the office opens after the date the order is placed. Please bear in mind Parcelforce’s bank holiday delivery restrictions and any delays that may result.

New client registrations, emailed general enquiries and requests for visits and pre-purchase examinations will all be attended to during office open hours.
