During the May Bank Holiday weekends, Ballinger Equine will continue to provide round-the-clock out-of-hours and emergency veterinary care to all our clients. Whilst the practice office will be closed over the weekends and bank holidays, our veterinary surgeons remain on duty.
Continuity of care guaranteed for all patients
Unlike many practices, Ballinger Equine’s own veterinary surgeons are on a duty rota throughout nights, weekends and bank holidays. We don’t outsource our emergency service. This means the clinical team that looks after your horse or pony during the week continues to provide exactly the same level of veterinary care out-of-hours. The team has full access to your horse’s clinical notes at all times and continuity of care is guaranteed. It is important not to delay urgent treatment should your horse or pony require it, so if you are in any doubt at all or you have a concern about the health and welfare of your horse, please be sure to call 01462 414008 at any time and consult one of our vets who will be happy to help.
