The Ballinger Equine practice office at East Barn will close for the Christmas Day and Boxing Day Bank Holidays on 26 and 27 December respectively and for the New Year’s Day Bank Holiday on Monday, 2 January 2023. But, our team of veterinary surgeons continue, as they do every year, to provide uninterrupted, out-of-hours emergency service throughout the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
Operating a full 24/7, 365 out-of-hours emergency service throughout the holidays
Unlike some veterinary practices, Ballinger Equine operates its own in-house, round-the-clock emergency service. We don’t outsource our out-of-hours service or hire locum support and continuity of care is guaranteed with our regular clinical team for all our patients. Orders placed on the Ballinger Equine online shop will be processed immediately the office opens after the date the order is placed. Please note that ongoing industrial action by postal workers means deliveries may be subject to delay.
New client registrations, emailed general enquiries and requests for visits and pre-purchase examinations will all be attended to during office open hours.
