Ballinger Equine is privately owned and operated and offers class-leading veterinary services throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Epping Forest and North London. Unlike an increasing number of practices, we don’t outsource our emergency service. This means the veterinary surgeons who look after your horse or pony during the week continue to provide exactly the same level of veterinary care, out-of-hours. All the surgeons in the team have full access to your horse’s clinical records and share knowledge with their colleagues, and the Clinical Director, Dr Susanna Ballinger, is available to her colleagues 24/7, meaning seamless continuity of care is guaranteed. Orders placed via the Ballinger Equine online shop will be processed immediately the office opens after the date the order is placed.
New client registrations, appointment requests, prescriptions, emailed general enquiries and non-urgent voicemail messages will all be attended to during office open hours, Monday to Friday 0830hrs to 1700hrs except bank holidays.
