Super career opportunity with a friendly, supportive team

With a growing client-base, Ballinger Equine is recognised as a leading home-counties ambulatory equine practice. The continuing growth of the business means an exciting opportunity has arisen for an equine ambulatory assistant to join the veterinary team headed by Dr Susanna Ballinger MRCVS. Highly regarded for clinical excellence, with the very best in advanced diagnostic imaging equipment and compassionate, client-focused care, the practice offers a friendly, supportive working environment for career development.

Andrew Hillier, Ballinger Equine’s managing director, commented:

“We are a progressive, first-opinion ambulatory equine practice with a busy caseload comprising top competition horses, leisure and pleasure horses and ponies. This new post represents an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated vet to develop their career with guidance and support from veterinary director, Susanna Ballinger.”

“Our modern practice office is beautifully situated in Hertfordshire, just a quick drive, or short hop by train, into London.”

An attractive salary, private healthcare, well-equipped 4×4, stylish practical uniform and iPhone are all available to the right candidate. As is active encouragement, and generous financial support, for CPD.

A leading independent practice, providing a full 24/7, 365 emergency out-of-hours service, Ballinger Equine has direct access to all the region’s referral hospitals. Full on-yard case investigation and follow-up is encouraged and supported
