This Christmas and New Year holiday, Hertfordshire’s foremost equine veterinary practice, Ballinger Equine, will continue to provide full emergency and out-of-hours veterinary care. The practice’s own clinical team, will be on duty for emergencies, guaranteeing first-class service for our clients and continuity of care for all our patients.

Ballinger Equine offers class-leading equine veterinary services throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Epping Forest and North London. The practice is completely independent of any corporate group and unlike an increasing number of vet practices, we have never outsourced our emergency service. This means the veterinary surgeons who our clients see during regular weekday visits continue to provide exactly the same expertise out-of-hours, even on Christmas day! All the surgeons in the team are briefed on ongoing care for patients and have full access to patients’ clinical records. Practice Clinical Director, Dr Susanna Ballinger, manages her team 24/7, providing guidance and back up.

Orders placed on the Ballinger Equine online shop will be processed immediately the office opens after the date the order is placed. Please bear in mind Parcelforce’s Christmas and New Year bank holiday delivery restrictions and any delays that may result.
New client registrations, emailed general enquiries and requests for visits and pre-purchase examinations will all be attended to during office open hours.

Our fleet of Isuzu 4 x 4 trucks is monitored 24/7 via advanced tracking systems, and our veterinary surgeons will always find a way to reach you regardless of flooding, mud, ice and snow.
