Ballinger Equine will continue, as always, to provide an uninterrupted, out-of-hours emergency service throughout the Christmas and New Year Holiday period. The Ballinger Equine practice office at East Barn will close for the Christmas Day and Boxing Day Bank Holidays on Monday, 25 and Tuesday, 26 December respectively and for the New Year’s Day Bank Holiday on Monday, 1 January 2024. But, our own team of veterinary surgeons will be on duty throughout the holidays ensuring continuity of care for your horse or pony.

Unlike a growing number of veterinary practices, Ballinger Equine’s clinical team operates its own in-house, round-the-clock emergency service. We don’t outsource our out-of-hours service or hire locum support ensuring continuity of care is guaranteed with our regular clinical team for all our patients. Orders placed on the Ballinger Equine online shop will be processed immediately the office opens after the date the order is placed. Please bear in mind Parcelforce’s Christmas and New Year bank holiday delivery restrictions and any delays that may result.
New client registrations, emailed general enquiries and requests for visits and pre-purchase examinations will all be attended to during office open hours.
