Dr Sophie Sutton gained her BSc (hons) at the University of Liverpool, staying on to complete her BVSc (with commendation), qualifying as a veterinary surgeon.
Sophie is no stranger to the East of England, having grown up on the family farm in rural Essex. Riding out on her parents’ point-to-point horses, Sophie is now looking forward to competing Norman and King, her mother’s home-produced eventers. Away from work, when she isn’t riding or cycling through the Essex countryside, Sophie enjoys backing and producing her own young eventers, enthusiastically accompanied by her whippet, Ralph. Sophie is also an accomplished skier, scuba diver and pianist.
