Our service area covers Hertfordshire, South Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Epping Forest, parts of Essex and north London.
Regular visits are typically made between 0800 hrs and 1800 hrs, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate preferred appointment times, the nature of our work means this is not always possible. Therefore, we provide an approximate time on the day of the visit and ‘phone or SMS text you 30 minutes before our arrival.
